Parent Teacher Meeting (PRE-SCHOOL TO XII)

Dear parents,

You are cordially invited to attend the ‘Parent Teacher Meeting’ on 19th May 2022 (Thursday) between 8:00 am to 11:20 am. To foster effective communication and progress, you are required to meet the class teacher. This endeavour is to apprise and orient the parents about the performance of the students.

We request you to adhere to the following time slot in order to conduct the meeting smoothly:

Roll Nos.         Timings
1 to 15             8:00 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.
16 to 30           8:50 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
31 to 45           9:40 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
46 onwards    10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.

If your ward is accompanying for the PTM then it is must for him/her to be in complete school uniform.
Please be informed that the school has decided to give additional academic sessions to the students during the summer break to revise and consolidate the subjects covered.

The online revision classes for the students will be held as per the dates given below:
 20/05/2022 to 31/05/2022: Classes VI to   VIII.
 01/06/2022 to 10/06/2022: Classes IX to XII.
(Except Saturdays and Sundays).
