Mother Divine Public School Celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, marking Mahatma Gandhi's birthday. This celebration is a crucial part of our cultural heritage, connecting us to the past and fostering a sense of community among current generations. The theme for this year's celebration was 'Inherit the values of Gandhi,' aiming to educate students about the importance of freedom and Gandhi Ji's role in our nation's history. The Junior Programme, engaged in various activities during the event. The program began with Grade-I students singing Bapu's favorite hymn, 'Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram,' followed by slogan recitation by K.G. students and rhymes sung by Grade-II students. Little Mother Divinians enacted a skit on the Three Monkeys, depicting Gandhi's principles. Students from Grade I and II creatively portrayed the Dandi march. The venue and display were thoughtfully designed to align with the theme, emphasizing the cultural and educational significance of celebrating Gandhi Jayanti at Mother Divine Public School. This celebration aims to instill values like intellect and ethical conduct, which are fundamental to Gandhi's teachings of harmony in thought, word, and deed. Gandhi's legacy continues to inspire and bring people together in the spirit of love and harmony.
