"Unity in diversity marks the celebration of Orange Day"
Tiny tots in orange radiated warmth and happiness, combining the physical energy and stimulation of red with the cheerfulness of yellow.
The students of the Junior Programme of Mother Divine Public School celebrated Orange Day on Tuesday, 26th September 2023 with the sole objective of acquainting the little ones with the concept of this secondary colour and objects related to it. The children were exposed to a series of creative activities to help them understand the positive impact of orange.
A dynamic and stimulating learning environment was created to help the children explore their imagination and creativity through meticulously organized drawing and craft activities.
The Tiny Tots of Grade Nursery did earbud printing in Orange and innocent buddies of Grade KG made tang under the guidance of their teachers. The students of Grade I excitedly participated in making paper orange while the students of Grade II were engaged in making orange trees using clay. Some students spoke about the objects they brought. The lively and cheerful students put up a great show.
The Orange Colour Day activity was a resounding success in achieving its educational objectives. It not only introduced students to the colour orange but also engaged them in creative and interactive activities. By explaining the significance of orange and showcasing orange objects, the event fostered a holistic learning experience. The active participation of students and the smiles on their faces throughout the event were a testament to its success.
The children enjoyed a lot and it was indeed a pleasure to witness some of the little ones dressed up in orange objects, bubbling with energy and fascination. In a nutshell, the purpose of this activity was fulfilled with each and every child emitting enthusiasm, vigor and zest.
