As a Junior Programme Head, I believe the early years shape how children see learning for life. My focus is on creating joyful, structured experiences that build curiosity, confidence, and care in every child. At MDPS, we design classrooms where every voice is heard and every milestone matters.
I began my professional career at Shemrock Heritage as a Facilitator and Event Coordinator, where I gained valuable experience in early childhood education, classroom facilitation, event planning, and parent engagement. During my tenure, I developed strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills while creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young learners.
I later joined Mother Divine Public School as a Nursery Teacher and subsequently taught Kindergarten, where I built a strong foundation in early childhood education through child-centred, activity-based, and experiential teaching practices.
Recognising my commitment, leadership abilities, and organisational skills, I was entrusted with additional responsibilities as a Grade Representative within 4 months of joining, coordinating academic planning, teacher collaboration, and curriculum implementation. Over the years, I further expanded my role by serving as an Admission Coordinator, Event Planner and Coordinator, and Academic Coordinator, successfully leading student admissions, organising school events, and planning a wide range of academic and co-curricular programmes.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning and educational excellence, I progressed to my current role as Head – Junior Programme. In this capacity, I lead the academic and administrative functioning of the Junior Wing, mentor teachers, oversee curriculum planning and implementation, develop school-based learning resources, strengthen parent partnerships, and work towards creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of every child.

Academic Qualifications
Dear Parents and Teachers,
As we walk together in this academic year, I am reminded of the heart of our school: our motto "Learn to Live". Education, to us, is not limited to classrooms, syllabus, or examinations. True education begins when a child learns how to live with dignity, purpose, and values.
To Learn is to be curious, to ask questions, to embrace discipline, and to never stop growing.
To Live is to practice kindness, honesty, respect, responsibility, and empathy in everyday life.
Our children are watching us. At home, you are their first teachers. In school, our teachers are their guides and role models. When parents and teachers work hand in hand, we create an environment where students not only achieve academic excellence but also grow into responsible, compassionate citizens.
In the coming months, we will focus on strengthening these core values:
I request your continued support in reinforcing these values at home and in school. Let us celebrate effort over outcome, character over competition, and growth over grades. Let our shared goal be clear: we are not just preparing students for the next exam. We are preparing them for life.
Thank you for your trust, your time, and your partnership. Together, let us help every child truly "Learn to Live".
